The Impact Of Information Technology On Improving Institutional Performance In Middle Schools In Al-Jahra Governorate In Kuwait From Teachers' Point Of View
أثر تقنية المعلومات على تحسين الأداء المؤسسي في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الجهراء بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of information technology and its dimensions on the institutional performance of teachers in middle schools in Al-Jahra governorate. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, where a questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of the study community of (500) middle school teachers in al-Jahra governorate, and (20) forms did not complete their data, thus the number of forms reached (480). The study relied on the method of statistics SPSS to analyze the data. The study has resulted in many results, the most important of which is that the importance of information technology in the study society came high from the point of view of the study sample. This shows that the performance of teachers is directly or indirectly influenced by information technology within the study community. The study also demonstrated that the importance of improving the institutional performance of teachers in the study community was moderate from the point of view of the study sample. This shows that improving the institutional performance of teachers directly or indirectly affects middle school within the school community.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تقنية المعلومات وأبعادها على الأداء المؤسسي للمعلمين بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الجهراء، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قام باستخدام استمارة استبيان تم توزيعها على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ عددها (500) معلمًا بالمدارس المتوسطة بمحافظة الجهراء، وتم استبعاد عدد (20) استمارة لم تستكمل بياناتهم، وبذلك بلغ عدد الاستمارات (480) استمارة، واعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب الإحصاء SPSS لتحليل البيانات، وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن عدد من النتائج أهمها أن أهمية تقنية المعلومات في مجتمع الدراسة جاءت مرتفعة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، وهذا يدل على أن أداء المعلمين يتأثر بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر بتقنية المعلومات داخل مجتمع الدراسة، كما أثبتت الدراسة أيضًا أن أهمية تحسين الأداء المؤسسي للمعلمين في مجتمع الدراسة جاءت متوسطة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، وهذا يدل على أن تحسين الأداء المؤسسي للمعلمين يؤثر بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر في مدارس التعليم المتوسط داخل مجتمع الدراسة.
