The Impact Of Human Rights Implementation On Community Mental Health Support In The United Arab Emirates

Abstract
This study aims to clarify the National Human Rights Commission to provide insight into our understanding of mental health support services and to reach the impact of the role of mental health in supporting human rights. And to identify the role of the National Human Rights Authority in order to improve the mental health of community members in the United Arab Emirates. The study used the analytical method by analyzing and describing the procedures and efforts undertaken by the UAE, especially the police, to maintain psychological and social security, protect the rights of individuals and protect their freedoms. I reached some results of the study, including: Through the analysis of the nature of the National Human Rights Authority, the researcher concluded that the National Human Rights Authority in the Emirates should be responsible for improving the mental health of members of society in the United Arab Emirates, and through awareness of human rights principles in the United Arab Emirates can allow An important guide for humanitarian workers and mental health practitioners, especially after the issuance of the Mental Health Law 2020 in the UAE. The study recommends that mental health should include all the roles of the National Human Rights Commission in the United Arab Emirates, especially the services it provides in the field of humanitarian work, and the inclusion of human rights education programs in the curricula of educational bodies.

تهدف هذه الدراسة لتوضيح أثر الهيئة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان في أن تُبصّر فهمنا لخدمات دعم الصحة النفسية والتوصل لتأثير دور الصحة النفسية في دعم حقوق الانسان. والتعرف علي دور الهيئة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان من أجل تحسين الصحة النفسية لأفراد المجتمع بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي من خلال تحليل وصف الإجراءات والجهود التي قامت بها دولة الإمارات وخاصة أجهزة الشرطة للحفاظ على الأمن النفسي والاجتماعي وحماية حقوق الأفراد وحماية حرياتهم. توصلت لبعض نتائج الدراسة منها: من خلال التحليل لماهية الهيئة الوطنية لحقوق الانسان فقد توصل الباحث إلى أنه يجب أن تكون الهيئة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بالإمارات مسؤولة عن تحسين الصحة النفسية لأفراد المجتمع بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ومن خلال التوعية بمبادئ حقوق الإنسان بدولة الامارات ممكن أن تتيح دليلاً مهماً للعاملين بالمجال الإنساني وممارسي الصحة النفسية خاصة بعد اصدار قانون الصحة النفسية 2020 بدولة الإمارات. وتوصَّي الدراسة بأن الصحة النفسية يجب أن تتضمن كافة أدوار الهيئة الوطنية لحقوق الانسان في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ولاسيما الخدمات التي تقدمها في مجال العمل الإنساني، وإدراج برامج تعليم حقوق الإنسان في المناهج الدراسيَّة لدى الهيئات التعليميَّة.
