Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of human resources planning with its different fields on enhancing the competitive advantage with its various elements. The study was conducted on United Sports Organization in Abu Dhabi through an applied field study. The data was collected by the study (questionnaire), which was distributed to (233) individual of United Sports employees only. The results of the study indicated that the level of human resources planning in United Sports Organization was average from the point of view of the study sample. This shows that United Sports Organization consider human resources planning to be a skill that can be relied upon in raising the level of competitiveness of sports. The study also showed that the level of competitive advantage in United Sports Organization was average from the point of view of the study sample, which shows that the management of United Sports Organization is very interested in trying to identify the creations and innovations made by the employees. The study came up with some recommendations; the most important of them is to draw the attention of the subordinates in United Sports Organization towards the failures and obstacles, to which the activity is exposed to, by paying attention to human resources planning, in order to meet the standards. Moreover, attention to competitive advantage must be increased through the services provided by United Sports Organization and try to raise its level to make it capable of competing with other sport organizations.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر تخطيط الموارد البشرية بمجالاته المختلفة في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية بعناصرها المختلفة. وقد تم إجراء الدراسة على منظمة يونايتد الرياضية بإمارة أبو ظبي من خلال دراسة ميدانية تطبيقية، فقد تم جمع البيانات بواسطة أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة)، التي وزعت على (233) مفردة من العاملين بمنظمة يونايتد الرياضية فقط، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المستوى الخاص بتخطيط الموارد البشرية في منظمة يونايتد جاء متوسطًا من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة وهذا يدل على أن منظمة يونايتد تعتبر تخطيط الموارد البشرية من المهارات التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها في رفع مستوى الميزة التنافسية الرياضية، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن مستوى الميزة التنافسية في منظمة يونايتد جاء متوسطًا وذلك من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، وذلك إنما يدل على أن إدارة منظمة يونايتد تهتم جيدًا بمحاولة التعرف على الإبداعات والابتكارات التي يقوم بها العاملين. وقد جاءت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات أهمها توجيه انتباه المرؤوسين في منظمة يونايتد نحو الإخفاقات والمعوقات التي يتعرض إليها النشاط من أجل تلبية المعايير، وذلك بواسطة الاهتمام بتخطيط الموارد البشرية، كما يجب زيادة الاهتمام بالميزة التنافسية من خلال الخدمات التي تقدمها منظمة يونايتد ومحاولة رفع مستواها مما يجعلها قادرة على التنافس مع المنظمات الرياضية الأخرى.
