Constitutional Protection Of The Right To Information According To The Perspective Of Islamic Jurisprudence
الحماية الدستورية لحق الحصول على المعلومات وفق منظور الفقه الإسلامي في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
Abstract
The study aimed to recognize the importance of constitutional protection, as well as to clarify the right to information in accordance with the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the comparative approach, to reveal the importance of constitutional protection of the right to information, where the problem of the study was in the constitutional framework of the right to information, and also concluded that the exercise of the right to information is the right of the people and the government to educate them to do so.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية الحماية الدستورية، وأيضا توضيح حق الحصول على المعلومات وفق منظور الفقه الإسلامي. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن، للكشف عن أهمية الحماية الدستورية لحق الحصول على المعلومات، حيث تمثلت إشكالية الدراسة في الإطار الدستوري لحق الحصول على المعلومات. وأيضا توصلت على أن ممارسة الحق اطلاعا على المعلومات هو حق للشعب وعلى الحكومه توعيتهم لذلك.
